been having a few problems today, got my manual column and rack fitted and my power steering pump removed and all was dandy until it came to fitting the belt. fitting the same way as the PAS minus the pump and the belt rubs on metal. trying it different way and the belt doesnt get tensioned.
ive marked the part where the belt hits

also was looking to see if anyone knew what way the belt went for a manual steering ka and the length of the belt?
help would be grand x

how about this? running the belt under the tensioner would avoid the obstacle, and everything would still be going in the right direction
